I am the Owner/Operator of Squared Away Home Inspections.  When you call Squared Away you get me!  

I have called the New Smyrna Beach area Home for over 40 years. As my friends will tell you, I am "all about the details" and I don’t like surprises. I have been surprised in the past by things that have surfaced after home purchases, and I have been left feeling frustrated by Home Inspection reports that didn’t tell me much. My goal is to provide my clients with a different experience. I provide a thorough, detailed inspection report at a fair price, and I will walk you through it to make sure you understand it. 

 
I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Home Inspector (HI12775). I am a Certified Professional Home Inspector trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The Standards of Practice that I follow can be found here. That document explains what a Home Inspection is (and isn’t), and I highly recommend that my prospective clients review it.
